Word for the day "Ups and downs"

I Thessalonians 5:24- The one who calls you is faithful and He will do it.Life is very much chalk full of challenges; I’d like to call it for today's purposes "ups and downs". It is often lived forward, but understood backward. It is not until we are down the road a bit that we can appreciate the terrain God has allowed us to scale and the spiritual deposits the Lord has made in our life as a result. Are you in a place of ups and downs? We all experience ups and downs! When you begin to realize some of this, you will sit back and breathe a sigh of relief because you know that God is in control all along. It doesn’t seem like it most of the time, but the Hand of the Lord is sustaining you, in times past and even in this time now in your life. Are you in the midst of a difficult journey that seems almost impossible to continue? Be assured that God is providing grace even now to equip you for the journey.Point to ponder- Trust the Lord with the outcome of where you find yourself today and where you will find yourself tomorrow! Our Leadership team is especially thankful for those of you who provided financial donations and support in the month of December 2016 by partnering with us in efforts to advance the kingdom of God in this 21st century season: Special thanks to Mr. William Wilson, Ms. Rita McGuffin, Ms. Mable Bazemore, and Ms. Gertrude Scott. Why don't you take the opportunity to write us on our blog and let us know how we are doing in serving you Great people, we'd love to hear from you!Follow me on Twitter @Elder James Baker, as I endeavor to encourage and empower leaders of today and tomorrow!Kingdom Blessings,Pastor James Baker, Jr.Thank you for using the Word Cup devotionals brought to you through Grace and Truth Leadership on (Word press).
