James Baker, Jr., is a Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York native, spiritual leader, and Chief Encouragement Officer (CEO) of Grace and Truth Leadership. He is a prolifically sought-after leadership coach who helps leaders with their call to purpose and an abundant life. Many leaders and audiences know James as an agent of change. He advocates for reconciliation and redemption through his writings, counsel, and leadership. James Baker, Jr. is a loving father, grandfather, and community supporter.

James served as a mentor with Bronx Connect, a faith-based organization that spiritually serves the needs of youthful offenders and a chaplain with The United Chaplains State of New York. He was a spiritual leader of a corporate Bible study for a Fortune 500 Company and lectured at the Proverbial New York Theological Seminary as an Adjunct Professor.

James Baker, Jr. passionately believes in education and leads by example. He holds a B.S. in Labor Relations & Human Resources, a Master of Divinity, and a Master of Religious Education from New York Theological Seminary. James is also a Maxwell Leadership Coach.
