Word for the day "Serving one another"
I Peter 4:10 (NIV) Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. In our walk with the Lord, finding a way to help others is an expression of our Faith. It shows that we believe in the sovereignty of God. We don’t’ have to wait until the pain in our life is gone, because we know God can use it for good. We don’t have to wait to feel better or for things to get better to serve others people of God.Finding a way to help others requires that you ask two questions: “What is God doing?” and “How can I get into the flow of the Lord’s activity?” When we ask these questions, ideas and inspiration will come. And once we begin doing this, the ‘why is this happening’ question, which once seemed so important, becomes irrelevant. The best answer to why is always “What”! When we stop asking, “Why has God allowed this?” And begin asking, “What does God want me to do with it?”, we are then ready for God to start Divine work in us, and that prepares us for Ministry service. I love serving others and look forward to serving each of you my friends and family!Quote: Charles Dickens “No one is useless in this world who lightens the burdens of another.”Our Leadership team is especially thankful for those of you who provided financial donations and support in the month of November 2016 by partnering with us in efforts to advance the kingdom of God in this 21st century season: Special thanks to Mr. William Wilson, Mr. Kenneth Washington, Ms. Sylvia Meza, Mrs. Denise Johnson, Mrs. Barbara Mason, Mable Bazemore, Ms. Sheron Farrow and Ms. Gertrude Scott.
