Word for the day "Hast thou not known"

Isaiah 40:28 (KJV) Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. It is important for each of us to realize that life is a series of choices. From the moment we wake up in the morning until the time we fall to sleep at night, we make a significant amount of decisions daily: decisions about the things we do, decisions about the words we speak, and decisions about the thoughts we choose to embrace. As a matter of fact, the quality of the decisions we make determines the quality of our lives. As God's children who are in intentional and loving relationship with God, we have every reason to make wise choices. But oftentimes, amidst the pressures of living life daily here on earth, we can find ourselves living our lives in ways that we know are displeasing to our God. When we do, many times we can also abort the joy and the peace of mind that we might otherwise experience through God.As you consider the next step in your life’s destiny, take time to consider how many things in this life you can control: your thoughts, your words, your priorities, and your actions, as a starting point. Now once you have started this process; if you sincerely want to discover God’s purpose for your life, make choices that are pleasing to God. Hopefully you’ll see my point, and realize together with me our God deserves nothing less, and neither do you.Whom will you try to please today: God or man? Your primary focus is not to please imperfect people. Your primary responsibility is to pursue diligently to meet the expectations of our v28 Creator God.Quote: Every day, I find countless opportunities to decide whether I will obey God and demonstrate my love for Him or try to please myself or the world system. God is waiting for my choices.... Bill Bright Elder Baker
