Word for the day: ''Re-purposed"

II Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV) If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. There are many "RE" words that are packed with hope and encouragement. The word RE-purpose reminds us that many things which were once discarded, considered useless, and put aside for the trash pick-up, can be brought back, and become useful once again, have value, and take on new meaning. Your pain has a purpose. Your problems struggles, heartaches, and hassles cooperate toward one end the “Re-purposed Glory of God”.In today’s scriptures we find some wonderful insight for those who are in Christ; words that can keep hope and encouragement alive and thriving in our hearts and help us to discover the new things God is doing in our lives.V17 “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation”, A radical but profound process ensues when we give our lives over to Jesus Christ. Our destiny in this life will get Re-purposed for the Glory of God here on earth.Re-purposed for the glory of God and forever our lives will never be the same once this radically divine process in Christ begins. Your salvation showcases the Re-purposes of God for human agency. It is by His doing and His doing alone in Christ Jesus that we are showcased from a mess to a miracle. Can we add anything to this Re-purposed Glory? No the work is already finished; all we have to do is trust in Him with all our hearts and He will direct our paths in this New life in Christ!!! Have a marvelous day in Christ.Elder Baker
