Word for the day “Leadership mindset.”
Philippians NKJV 3:15 Therefore let us, as many as are mature, have this mind; and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal even this to you.
Good morning beloved leaders,
One of the most powerful things in this world is having a leadership mindset. A leader’s mindset will allow you to walk into places you are not qualified for and move beyond the inner voices we all experience that cause you to doubt yourself.
THE LEADERSHIP MINDSET.
A leadership mindset will make you love those who have hurt you, allow you to forgive people, and allow you to move on, embracing new and life-giving people. In this world, there are so many distractions. From social media to the nonstop news, it seems like everything is vying for your attention.
Yet the biggest problem in this world is understanding the difference between distractions and divine instructions, the difference between what is true and what is leading so many of us down the wrong path.
WE NEED GOD’S VOICE IN THIS HOUR.
In these times, we need God's voice to guide us. We literally need a word from the Lord, just one word from the Lord. Just one word from the Lord will move all the doubts, cause the sun to shine, and give peace of mind; speak, Lord, speak.
My hope and trust in God for you today is that the voice of God will lead you. I want you to know that God is with you in all your actions. Discernment is the spiritual practice of waiting and listening for the voice of God. We must stop going ahead of the Lord and talk to God afterward. I've made too many mistakes trying to do things my way. Now, I‘m learning how to put God first. Despite all the confusion, we must feel God's presence in our lives like never before.
POINT TO PONDER:
A leadership mindset is significant in this hour, and how you think about it will determine your destiny. So, make sure you include God in your next steps. You are going to need the Lord.
