Word for the day “Leaders need encouragement.”

Isaiah 54: 17 (NKJV) No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord.

The message of encouragement:

Good morning leaders,

When Friends and Family Let you down, God will always by your side.  For the hand of the Lord is upon you. No weapon formed against you shall prosper and no tongue that rises up against you shall succeed.   

I know that even when everything is not going right, God still has sustaining power.  No matter what it feels like right now, no matter what you are facing, God's Grace is Sufficient for you!

No matter what mistakes you made this week, God's Grace is Sufficient for you! No matter what lies the enemy tries to place in your ear, eye, heart gate, God’s Grace is Sufficient for you right now.

As we see the most recent deaths of Regina King’s beloved son Ian Alexander a musician age 26, Mayor of Hyattsville Maryland Kevin Ward age 44, and Miss USA 2019 Cheslie Kryst age 30.

Think of all the people you’ll need to forgive. Think of all the seasons of change you’ll go through. So much transition. So much is unknown. The highs and lows of life can be terrifying for all of us. But I want to encourage you, as we keep these families and friends in our prayers for their loved ones’ heartbreaking deaths caused by the visceral reality of suicide.

I’m just compelled to remind you all of how much I love you and want the best for you and your families.

I’m writing this to you because I want you to experience the rewards of “Fighting for your life”. Please hear me, we here at Grace and Truth leadership we’re all rooting for you! And we believe you can overcome whatever challenges you are facing (and the next). Know that you are loved, you are seen, and you are cared for!!
