II Kings 6:16 (NKJV) So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
Good morning, Leaders,
We are a little past the midpoint of 2024. Today, I want to share a few leadership insights for your life and leadership journey. I believe the Lord is going to open your eyes and heart at this juncture.
GOD HAS A SPECIFIC TIME SET FOR YOUR LIFE AND JOURNEY.
One critical insight you will need for your journey is understanding the relationship between your desires and God's divine timing. God already predetermines every blessing over your life for a specific release time. God does not bless haphazardly. God orchestrates according to sacred time and His perfect will. Sometimes, you can feel like you have missed out on your blessings. You can walk around discouraged in your spirit, feeling defeated because you are living with regret. I know exactly how it feels to live in that regret; the space where you are always wondering, "when is my blessing coming, is everyone else being blessed?"
I know that many of you are dealing with this issue right now because so many of us can spend our time looking backward, afraid and ashamed of the things we have lost and the mistakes we have made. But here is the truth: The Lord only needs what you have left to blow your mind and bless your entire life. My Prayer for you is that you open your eyes, lift your head, and get in alignment with God’s divine timing.
POINT TO PONDER
God has spared your life to see this moment in your life. You will receive the fullness of God's promise. You will get what you’ve been praying for. Your family will be restored. Your marriage will be repaired. Your sickness will heal. You are still the beloved of God. I pray that you will join your faith with me for your life. Much love!!!
