Good day Leaders, I just wanted to share some of the feedback from our weekend Leadership workshop and training. Below is a letter sent to me from one of my dear friends that attended our  workshop this past weekend.Good evening Bro. Rev. Baker,I just wanted to drop you a note of gratitude for inviting me to your 2nd workshop last Saturday. It was good to see and hear your special guest, Mr. Craig Ivey. Truly what benefitted me the most was his adherence to improve his leadership skills on a daily basis. In particular, the daily routine of studying early in the morning (5:08 am) and furthering his knowledge on what interests him the most, studying and learning more when it comes to communication and other aspects of leadership. This caliber of educating oneself is also what I noticed in others of significance, like yourself, that have a demonstrative caliber to all facets of leadership.  "The Darkside of leadership" is usually what most people shy away from because of fear or not knowing that it does exist. Dealing with adversity whether individual or political to paraphrase what Mr. Ivey said, "a leader has to lead by example because someone is always watching you and your style of leadership." James, you have always been a good brother, mentor, and friend. I commend you for continuing to grow as a servant leader and your willingness to share with others the dynamics of your experience and to educate others in your legacy leadership. As you move forward with your training module of "The Master Mind'', I wish you continued blessings and prosperity in all that you do that is right and exact. Lastly, to coin the phrase from Mr. Craig Ivey, I'll repeat "When you're green you grow, but when you're ripe you rot" stay humble, stay safe and stay blessed my brother. Peace be unto you!P.s. I recommend and would like to be the first to support a young and up and coming leader to your classes.  I have benefitted from your encouragement and by reading your thesis twenty or more years ago that propelled me to step into various leadership roles in our place of employment to great gains.I am willing to sponsor the first student between the ages of 19 yrs old to 30 yrs old who are serious and committed to learn from you how to be  "A MasterMind." Please let me know when you have someone in mind and how to remit payment. Thank you.Thank you,Your brother and friend and servant,Brother Daleel Jabir MuhammadProtocol Director /  Community Outreach OfficerWe are truly blessed to have people like this support our ministry.
