Word for The Day "Inside job"
Psalm 139:13 (NKJV) For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. How many times would you say you looked into the take inventory of yourself each day? Most of us check our appearance quite frequently, and if you notice a dirty spot on your face, you'll immediately wipe your face to clear up the problem. But how many of us take a look at ourselves on the inside?Wouldn't it be great if you (we) could be capable of seeing our insides as well as we see our outside, a way to be able to show us the measure of greed, the measure of lust, or that measure of anger which corrupts our heart; and make the necessary changes which are brought to our attention? It’s time we treat the inside aspect of who we are, as diligent as we consider our outside person.Point to ponder- Who we are on the inside is what we will see on the outside. So remember to treat self-introspection as important as your outside-self. By God's grace, you'll look more wholesome the next time you take a look. Our Leadership team is especially thankful for those of you who provided financial donations and support in the month of April 2018 by partnering with us in efforts to advance the kingdom of God in this 21st century season: Special thanks to Mr. William Wilson, Ms. Annette Straker, Mr. David Straker, Mr. Kenneth Washington, Ms. Yvonne Bazemore, Mrs. Cynthia Waiters-Artis, and Ms. Gertrude Scott.
