Word for the day "Hold on to the Hurt is gone"
Isaiah 53:3 (NKJV) He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. 4 Surely He has borne our griefs, And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.Greetings sisters and brothers, I can hear the Lord with my heart saying to us at difficult times in our lives: “My child, I do understand your pain. I could remove it all and never let you suffer in this life. How could you help someone mend a broken heart if yours has never been shattered? How could you understand the fresh tears from a graveside if you never buried a loved one? How could you comfort a hopeless life when you've never descended into a tunnel of despair? I am the man of sorrows, and because I've been there, with more pain than you'll ever know”. The Lord continues and says “I truly understand. Run to Me, Son/Daughter. Let Me wipe away your tears and hold you until the hurt is gone.”Our Response to the Lord: Compared to You, Lord, what do I know of pain and suffering? You are the man of sorrows, and suffering is no stranger to You. Even Your closest friends left You in Your greatest moment of need. You chose to be Victimized, so I didn't have to stay one, and today I am the Victor all because of You doing things Your way, so Thank You, Lord for all you have done for me! May your day be touched by God to the extent that you never let go of His unchanging hand!
