Ezekiel 38:7 (HCSB)“Be prepared and get yourself ready, you and all your company who have been mobilized around you; you will be their guard.It is interesting that so many of us are in need of peace in our lives, and yet “Peace” is an elusive component of many of our lives today. St. Augustine defined peace as “the tranquility of order.” And the truth is: peace cannot coexist with chaos. We can have peace when our lives are grounded and rooted in God, because God is all about order.How much order do you have in your life? However much, my reasonable guest is that it’s directly proportionate to the levels of tranquility and peace in your life as well. I am learning that order starts with the simple things like my desk, my home, my closets, and this connects to my daily life! Did you realize this?If you can never find what you thought you filed, you are much less efficient. If you can’t find a book or item when you need it and have to buy another, you are much less profitable. If you have to spend time searching for your keys, your wallet, or your mail, you are then much more frustrated. And if you can’t find the things you need when you need them, you are much less prepared and confident. So how about let’s start with the simple things; get them in order and watch how this connects to your everyday living. It's time to be prepared in all areas of our lives, have a blessed day!
