Psalm 34 (NKJV) I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.2 My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; The humble shall hear of it and be glad. 3 Oh, magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together.
Because we have been so richly blessed, we should make thanksgiving a habit, a regular part of our daily routines. But sometimes, amid the stresses and obligations of everyday life, we may allow interruptions and distractions to interfere with the time we spend with God. How often do you give thanks?
Have you counted your blessings today? And have you thanked God for them? Hopefully so, after all, God’s gifts include your family, your friends, your talents, your opportunities, your possessions, and the priceless gift of eternal life. How glorious are these gifts and God is responsible for every one of them.
Point to ponder- So today, as you go about the duties of everyday life, pause and give thanks to the Lord. Our God deserves your praise, and you deserve the experience of praising Him.
Our Leadership team is especially thankful for those of you who provided financial donations and support in the month of January 2018 by partnering with us in efforts to advance the kingdom of God in this 21st century season: Special thanks to Mr. William Wilson, Ms. Annette Straker, Mr. Kenneth Washington, and Gertrude Scott. Why don’t you take the opportunity to write us on our blog and let us know how we are doing in serving you Great people, we’d love to hear from you!
