Philippians 2:9 (KJV) Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Today’s word reminds us whatever we have to contend with in this life there is something powerful about that name, “Jesus”. Whenever you are going through a difficult time, call on Jesus. In the midst of your storm, when the red sea is in front of you and pharaoh’s army is behind you, call on Jesus. If you do not feel well in your body and need a miracle, cry out Jesus. When you are going through challenges and you do not feel like praying, call on Jesus.
When you call on Jesus, your circumstance changes, when you cry out Jesus, demons tremble. When you cry out Jesus, the pain in your body goes away. When you cry out Jesus, you get delivered and set free from infirmities and deformities. If you can have only one word in your vocabulary, that word should be Jesus. V10-11 of today’s word makes the case and point undeniable “At the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father”! His name is Jesus and there is power in that name, blessings and love be yours today and always!
